Q. Who can purchase from Computers and Parts?

A. Anyone can. We don't have restrictions on who can purchase from us at our special prices.

Q. Can I get an order shipped to a country other than New Zealand?

A. No, we can only sell to New Zealand customers.

Q. Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of New Zealand GST?

A. You can use the Tax Toggle button at the top of any category to change the view to include GST or exclude GST.

Q. How many products do you sell on your web site?

A. We have over 20,000 products online.

Q. Can I back-order a product if no stock is available?

A. Whilst we do back-order products via telephone orders, you can use our Stock Notify button on our products pages to alert you when stock is on hand, you will be notified via email.

Q. How accurate are your stock levels displayed on your web site?

A. Stock levels are updated once per day. We strive for 100% accuracy in stock levels.

Q. If I order from Computers and Parts am I covered by a manufacturer's warranty?

A. Yes. All products ordered via Computers and Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.

Q. How can I pay for product(s) I wish to purchase?

A. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. You can also pay via Direct Credit or Internet banking.

Q. I received my credit card statement today, why does it say 'Dendroid Ltd'

A. Dendroid Ltd is the parent company of Computers and Parts and holds the associated credit card merchant account.

Q. I do not have a credit card, how can I pay?

A. Please pay via Direct Credit using your Internet banking, or go to your banking branch and make a deposit to:

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

A. Your credit card will be charged 0-12 hours after the order process. You will receive a confirmation email telling you that your goods are on their way to you if payment is accepted, if not we will make contact via email.

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Depends on what time you order and how you pay for it.
Usually online orders within Auckland are received by our customers next day. If you order early morning and pay via credit card, they can arrive same day. Outside of Auckland is usually overnight, with some rural area's taking upto 48 hours for delivery.

Q. I have not recieved my product yet?

A. Call us on 09 571 3395 during normal business hours, we will track and trace your product for you.

Q. What happens if there is nobody to sign for the delivery?

A. If the courier cannot obtain a signature at a delivery address, a calling card will be left requesting that the CourierPost office be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Q. Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

A. Yes, CourierPost will deliver to PO Boxes.

Q. Do you allow pickups?

A. Computers and Parts is a online only store. We have cut out the cost's of a retail store and passed on our savings to our customers. Orders ship with CourierPost and bulk carriers for bulk freight orders.
